Ron started Ring Financial Services in 2001 with the desire to provide professional, objective advice suitable for each client’s needs based on the experience and knowledge he gained from working in the financial services industry beginning as a stock broker in 1987. His affiliation with LPL Financial (a leading national broker/dealer for independent representatives) provides Ron with strong research and technology support that compliment his knowledge and experience. Clients are served in several states from the office in Lexington, Kentucky. Through his affiliation with LPL Financial, Ron provides access to a wide range of investment vehicles and insurance products. When the need arises, clients are referred to other experienced professionals (attorneys, CPA’s etc.) that Ron networks with, and in doing so, strives to become his client’s trusted advisor. Ron’s wife, Ruth, joined the firm in 2003 and their son Luke, joined them in 2008.

New clients are typically referred to Ring Financial Services through existing clients or individuals that Ron networks with. The first interview/meeting is generally a “getting to know you” meeting to find out if the investment plans and expectations of both the client and Ron are compatible. An explanation of the different ways a client chooses to pay for services (should they decide to use Ring Financial Services) is provided at this time. If it makes sense to pursue further, arrangements are made for the client to provide Ron with their recent account statements from which he will provide a detailed review along with recommendations.
