Heather became a team member in the Spring of 2021 and is Ron and Ruth’s daughter-in-law. Currently, she assists with operational efficiency strategies and focuses on marketing projects. In her prior professional life, Heather had a 24-year career with Ferguson Enterprises as an Operations Manager and Corporate Trainer in markets through the Mid-South and Ohio Valley states. She’s a Kentucky native and a University of KY alum with a degree in Housing and Interior Design. One of Heather’s favorite sayings is Saint-Exupery’s “a goal without a plan is just a wish” - she loves being a part of this company helping clients identify dreams and create plans to reach for their goals.
She’s married to Ron and Ruth’s eldest son, Ben. Heather and Ben have two mini-schnauzers, Tabby and Kiva. Besides spending time with Ben or being on neighborhood Pup-patrol with their dogs, she’s passionate about mind body health and teaches Pilates at Pilates Place in Lexington. She loves to travel – saying she’ll go almost anywhere once - listening to live music, and doing anything artistic or creative.
